Our love story.

Our whirlwind romance can literally be described as 'love-at-first-sight'. We've been inseparable since we first exchanged glances. PROPOSAL-we went out for what seemed like a normal dinner-outing after surprising me with beautiful flowers. While waiting for dessert, he asked ‘…could you really see yourself spending the rest of your life with me?' ...and I jokingly responded 'nah...I've got a few jump-offs I'd like to finish up with; check back in a few years (*wink*)'. He reached down, grabbed a ring and said 'No, I don't think you understand what I'm asking...will you marry me, Uchechi?'. I melted...

Three important details about our Ultimate Wedding.

We would love to have a fairytale wedding in a castle/estate home...because our relationship feels like a love tale of two inseparable lovers. Our families live all over the world (lots coming from Europe, West Africa, and all over the U.S.)...so coordinating lodging will be challenging. We have a relatively large wedding party of 20.

Our everyday dream day.

Our dream everyday would start by sleeping in wrapped in each other’s arms, finally waking up to a leisurely shower. We’d get dressed in casual chic attire and head to one of our favorite brunch café’s. After a delicious decadent feast we’d walk off our indulgence in a exhaustive stroll all over downtown, engaging in people watching but mostly just enjoying each other’s conversation, companionship, and caresses. Since we’re both competitive game junkies, we eventually settle back home for a few competitive games of scrabble (our favorite) between us or some online gaming against the world.
