Our love story.
The start of "us" began in eleventh grade on Valentine’s night Nick mentioned to my best friend "I need a girlfriend." Our 1st year of college I was diagnosed with cancer. Now with 2 years of chemo and radiation and a 25% chance of survival rate, and an ultimatum from my parents Nick stayed and our love story survived! I guess you could say we have defeated the odds and made it through all the bumps in the roads. I don't know how I would have made it without my best friend and my soon to be husband!!
Three important details about our Ultimate Wedding.
We say our vows by candlelight archway filled with white roses while the sun sets. Family and friends in attendance. Our colors: Slate, Plum, and Sage Green. Lighting of candles in remembrance of my Mother and Grandfather. Tons of candlelight, white roses, deep purple calla lilies. Bouquets adorn slate bows with dangling crystals. Reception at a golf course with shrimp and grits and a potato bar. Each table has green hydrangeas and purple jewels hanging from the flowers surrounded by tons of candles. Every chair covered with a sage sash bow holding a plum jeweled heart.
Our everyday dream day.
Wake up together and cook together our absolute favorite breakfast blueberry pancakes and scrambled cheese eggs. Attend a Redbird's Baseball Game along with chocolate and vanilla swirl ice cream. After the game take a stroll along Beale Street while riding in a horse carriage. Enjoy dinner at our Favorite Restaurant Carraba's order our favorite dish fried zucchini and pollo rosa maria. We would travel home holding hands and singing our favorite tunes with the sunroof open all the way until we arrived home and called it a day. We definitely enjoy the simple All American Life.
